Doterra sources their essential oils from around the world using ethical and sustainable farming practices.

The carrier oil in our blends is fractionated coconut oil, which is odorless, non-greasy and has a long shelf life. Carrier oil is used to “carry” the essential oil into the skin so it doesn’t evaporate on the skin but rather ensure you receive the full benefits of the essential oil. The carrier oil can also decrease the likelihood of a skin reaction to the essential oils.
